Park Rules and Regulations:
The pavilion and kitchen area may be reserved by residents for private functions. A refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve the pavilion only. Kitchen use requires a $50 nonrefundable rental fee. Residents are responsible for any setup and clean up of the area.
The soccer field and basketball court may be reserved for team practice year round.
Deerwood is also home to the private, member-owned Deerwood Country Club. Deerwood, one of the first planned residential communities in Jacksonville, was established in 1963 as a deed restricted community to create a residential environment of the highest quality. The Deerwood Improvement Association (DIA) is committed to promoting a quality lifestyle and enhancing property values. To achieve this, a comprehensive set of Covenants and Restrictions, Articles and Bylaws, as well as Architectural Review Committee (ARC) guidelines govern the community and all property owners.
Each homeowner is responsible for adhering to the rules and requirements set forth in the Covenants and Restrictions for their particular unit. One should read the Covenants and Restrictions carefully before beginning any project.
